SHIPPING POLICY

Transit, Handling & Order Cut-Off Times

Orders placed before 2:00 PM AEST are despatched the same business day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM AEST will be processed on the next business day.

Domestic shipping typically takes 2–8 business days (Monday to Friday).

Delivery Terms

We primarily use Australia Post (AUSPOST) for deliveries.

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct at the time of purchase.
Tivaro Furniture is not responsible for delivery issues arising from:

  • An incorrect or incomplete address

  • The delivery provider being unable to access the property

  • Parcels left uncollected from post offices or collection points

Change of Delivery Address

If you need to update your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible:

Please note: Address changes cannot be guaranteed if your order has already been despatched.

Order Cancellations

To cancel an order, please contact us via phone or email.
Orders may only be cancelled prior to despatch. Once shipped, our Returns Policy will apply.

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged:

  • You may reject the delivery and ask the courier to return it to sender

  • If already delivered, please contact us immediately so we can advise the next steps

To assist with your claim, please include photos of the damage where possible.
