In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2– 8 days (Monday to Friday). The order cut-off time will be 2 pm AEST.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in it's original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Tivaro Furniture warrants our products to be free of all defects in material from date of original purchase. This warranty extends to the original buyer ONLY with original purchase receipt. Tivaro Furniture will repair or replace, free of charge, any part proving defective in material.
