Needed as cannot stand at the bar due to disability. Great as can move from corner to counter easily. Excellent care in design ensures stability due to the robust frame. I hold in place using the back rest while sitting down. Highly recommend for the elderly. The instructions clearly specify where to use the screws and it was easy to assemble.
